1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any services on the jlj33 Platform. 2.2 Legal Capacity

2.4 Verification

jlj33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Ownership

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) jlj33 Account. The Account must be registered in your own legal name and for your own personal use. Registration on behalf of another person, use of false identity information, or creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlj33 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jlj33 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.2 Liability for Unauthorized Use

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. jlj33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

jlj33 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. While use of 2FA is optional, jlj33 strongly recommends enabling this feature. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive enhanced protection against unauthorized access.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

jlj33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, and other Philippine banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the jlj33 Cashier at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your jlj33 Account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take several hours depending on the issuing bank's processing time. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

7. Bonuses and Promotions

The jlj33 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback on net losses as described in the VIP terms. VIP cashback is credited without wagering requirements and may be withdrawn immediately. VIP tier status and associated benefits may be modified at jlj33's discretion with reasonable notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

The jlj33 Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should never be viewed as a means of generating income or solving financial problems. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are possible.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

These tools are accessible through your Account settings. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period expires.

9. Prohibited Activities

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your jlj33 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Requests for account closure due to problem gambling concerns will be processed immediately.

10.2 Termination by jlj33

jlj33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other Users. In such cases, any account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

11. Limitation of Liability

While jlj33 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. jlj33 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

11.2 Financial Losses

Gaming involves risk, and you acknowledge that financial losses are an inherent possibility. jlj33 is not responsible for any losses you incur through use of the Platform. You use jlj33 services at your own risk and discretion.

11.3 Third-Party Services

jlj33 utilizes third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service vendors. We are not liable for any failures, errors, or delays caused by these third parties. Disputes with third-party vendors should be directed to those vendors.

11.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jlj33's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlj33 operates under the authority and regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the jlj33 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with jlj33 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to jlj33 management.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

12.4 PAGCOR Oversight

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jlj33 is subject to regulatory oversight by PAGCOR. Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendment of Terms

jlj33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

13.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the jlj33 Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to bonuses or promotions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jlj33 concerning your use of the Platform. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.4 Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict or ambiguity.
